Material Makes A Big Difference
Again we want to address the importance and quality of our materials. We make it a point to ensure the end consumer that all wood fencing material is graded #2 or better. What this means is that the boards are at least 50% clear. Upon request we can offer a clear grade #1 picket.

The Construction Of A Fence Is a Determinate of Longevity
Another important factor of a wooden fence has to do with the methods used for its initial construction. We make sure that every post is set in solid concrete, at a depth which is predetermined and calculated by the overall height of the fence. This range of depth can be anywhere within 24in to 48in and if need be slightly deeper. We like to employ a three two by four horizontal rail method. When we do this it ads a greater element of stability due to the addition of the third rail, thus re-enforcing the wooden fence panels, which is necessary for the rot board.
